About The Role
Housekeeper – Part Time – 3 days per week
Cotswold Spa Hospital is a specialist CAMHS eating disorder facility for young people and adults aged 13 – 25 years old situated in the beautiful village of Broadway in Worcestershire. We are five minutes’ walk from the centre of Broadway and just 7 miles from Evesham; we’re within easy reach of the M5, M40 and M4.
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to work 22.5 hours over 3 days per week (including some weekends) to join the on-site domestic and catering team ensuring that a high standard of upkeep is achieved and maintained throughout the hospital at all times.

Key Accountabilities:
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with the Company and regulatory expectations and requirements
• Creating a pleasant and well maintained environment which will include the immediate external environment
• Cleaning duties will include cleaning, washing, sweeping, scrubbing, sanitising, shampooing, reproofing of flame retardant materials vacuum cleaning, dusting, polishing, damp wiping of all areas within the centre and removal of rubbish and discarded items
• Laundry duties will include separating, washing and ironing of client’s clothes, bed and table linen, curtains and soft furnishings and reproofing where required
• Reporting of any hazards defects or damage to property or equipment to the Nurse in Charge/Care Manager/Business Manager without delay
• Requirements will also include additional assistance to catering and kitchen staff.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, days are flexible but must be agreed in advance and include some weekends.
