About The Role

 

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm - £9.54 - £10.14 per hour dependent on experience 

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Centre Administrator.  Experience of Human Resources administration is desirable.  The successful candidate will support the Human Resource Advisor to ensure that all administration duties and human resources functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.

You must be able to provide evidence of working in a busy environment, ideally in a health care setting. You will have an excellent knowledge of databases including Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will require the ability to prioritise your own workload and also to multitask.  You will be able to work on your own initiative, be able to adapt to different tasks and requirements and work to tight deadlines.  

You will need to be customer focused, with a professional manner and excellent verbal communication skills with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.

Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, part of the Huntercombe Group, is a modern independent hospital run in partnership with the NHS (North Bristol NHS Trust).  We provide an inpatient Level 1 and Level 2 intensive brain injury rehabilitation service (29 NHS England funded Level 1 beds and 23 Level 2 beds) for the South West of England.   Our service offers specialist rehabilitation for patients with acquired and traumatic brain injury in a brand new, purpose built environment.

This is a very exciting time to join our Interdisciplinary Team following our recent expansion. Our Team consists of Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Rehabilitation Assistants /Technicians and Administrative support staff.

An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for all successful applicants.  Costs will be met by the Company.
