Salary From £42,666 rising to £46,586 p.a 

Bonuses  Welcome bonus £3000 (Subject to Terms and Conditions)

Hours Full Time 37.5 hours per week. Working on a rota which may include weekends and Bank Holidays over 7 days 

Our 52 bedded, purpose built  Centre, provides both intensive and slower stream care for patients with complex neurological rehabilitation needs  for the South West of England and is run by The Huntercombe Group in partnership with North Bristol NHS Trust. There is an expectation that this role includes some weekend and night duty working. 

About You

Your day to day duties will include …

Providing high profile clinical leadership to the nursing team; being accessible and responsive to staff and patients, have a passion and commitment in the pursuit of delivering consistent, high quality care in a specialist neuro rehabilitation setting. You will have experience in and responsibility for: -

  • Leadership & Management
  • Clinical / Professional Practice
  • Maintaining and developing communication and relationship skills
  • Assisting with Quality Improvements across the service

  • A current NMC registration
  • A legal right to work in the UK

  • Significant Senior Nursing experience
  • Experience of working in neurological  services
