Internal Communications & Engagement Manager

Active Care Group

We are recruiting to the role of Internal Communications & Engagement Manager within Active Care Group and the Huntercombe Group; this role will be responsible for ensuring that all communications for colleagues across the business is appropriate, measured, and informative and sets the right tone of voice for the organisation with the primary goal of improving engagement and retention

The role will be part of the HR Senior Management team reporting directly into the Chief People Officer and will work closely with Regional Managing Directors, Operations Directors as well as Site Leaders. This role will have wide scope for creativity and will be responsible for a range of projects including launching our new behaviours, implementing a new intranet, devising a range of communication methods to increase engagement as well as the management of our annual awards.

It is a remote role with some travel required across the country.

Interviews to take place virtually during the week commencing 20 December 2021

We are looking for someone who can bring innovation, drive and passion for internal communications and has the ability to work across all levels of the business to achieve an improvement in colleague engagement.

The Huntercombe Group are well known for providing specialist care and support for people in the UK with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, brain injuries and complex needs.

Both organisations are working closely together under one leadership team and central support teams and this role is pivotal in developing engagement internally as well as supporting the Recruitment team in building the Active Care Group brand in the employment marketplace.
