About The Role

Due to the imminent launch of a new Shared Services function, we are recruiting an HR Administrator (initially on a 12 month contract) in the Wolverhampton area.  This is a new team with Active Care Group and the Huntercombe Group, both leading national healthcare providers of specialist services in Neurorehabilitation, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health for adults and children (CAMHS) as well as Care in the Home services.

As an HR Administrator you will be responsible for managing and processing onboarding activities for both companies (from verbal offer to fully compliant) and for providing high quality, professional and proactive administrative support while following all compliance processes and meeting key targets and SLAs.  The role is customer focussed and plays an integral part in our candidates’ journey.

Knowledge and Skills required:
CIPD would be desirable but not essential
Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
Strong IT and HR Systems skills would be beneficial
Is independent, self-motivated and has the ability to work to targets and SLAs
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer focused attitude 
Close attention to detail required
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as appropriate
Has a flexible approach and ability to take the initiative
This role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and is based at our regional offices in Wolverhampton with free parking and easy access to local rail and bus services.
